Shipping Policy
We attempt to ship orders within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays, unless product is on back order, limited availability or special order status. Weekend orders will be fulfilled on the following Monday. Please be aware that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and all major holidays.

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and the shipping method you select.

We offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders over $70!
* Please note: The cheapest shipping method will be applied when FREE shipping option is chosen.
:: How long will it take for my package to arrive once it is shipped? ::
Approximate delivery time frame for "UPS Ground" and "USPS Priority" according to geographical location:
- East Coast - 5 to 7 Days
- Midwest - 3 to 5 days
- West Coast - 1 to 3 days

Yes we do! Just select your country at the check out page where you type your address in. We use USPS 1st Class, Priority Mail and Express Mail International (EMS). Your total merchandise & shipping charges will be calculated before you charge your credit card. Please note that tracking service is available only when you choose Express Mail International (EMS) option.
* Please note: In some cases, you may be asked to pay custom duties at the time of delivery. Japanese Gift Market can not be held responsible for the custom fees.
